Our beautiful time in Hawaii

Our first family trip to Hawaii! It's hard that the family lives so far away but it is an awesome place to visit!


Back in Hawaii! Eowyn was in heaven


She adores her daddy, he is the best!

I am so blessed to have Eowyn as my daughter, we had so much fun together. This is us running from the waves in Makaha. My mom and dad used to live in the apartments on this beach almost 30 yrs ago. It is beautiful!

Ben and I spent our first night away from Eowyn and it was awesome!!! This was the veiw from our hotel room in Waikiki. My mom and Tim took us all out to dinner first as a late birthday celebration for me and then took our baby for the night. She did awesome. I haven't felt that refreshed in a long time. The next morning we woke up to the most amazing, bright, complete rainbow that landed right in the lagoon. God is so awesome, His creation is overwhelming.
We then went and had breakfast at Dukes.

It took a while for her to warm up to her Pappa ( she hesitates with most males) but by the end of the trip she was having a blast. She loves her Nanna, there were times she wouldn't even come to me!! She wanted her Nanna. This girl is beyond loved!


She learned to make some new faces and spitting noises, and was very encouraged by her uncles Sam and Noah : )

I love you Alivia, what a beautiful young lady you are!!

She now has her permit and she drove me around a few times, she has quite a nak for driving

Christmas Tree Day

This last Saturday our family went up to the mountains to cut down our Christmas trees. It was a blast. Dad and Mom, Matt and Mel, Steve and Ali, Glade Ben and Eowyn, Michelle, Janessa, and Matts brother Aaron and his wife Caela all made the treck.


This is a beautiful river we passed on the way up. Had to put the chains on the trucks so we took a pic.

We found that chain saw in the snow and were like, "sweet a free chain saw!" Then we knawed through the tree with our teeth. Wanted to do it like the Indians.... Did they celebrate Christmas?

Kidding the chain saw was Matts and Glade smoked through that tree in 2 seconds.
